9th Annual Allergy Symposium

Queen’s CPD invites you to the 9th Annual Allergy Symposium, an afternoon of high-impact learning focused on the practical challenges and advances in allergy and immunology. This year’s program features timely topics that matter most in everyday practice.

  • Swollen and Itchy? A practical approach to diagnosing and managing angioedema and urticaria.
  • Yes, there is Atopy in Atopic Dermatitis! What allergists offer in the management of eczema.
  • Asthma and Smoking — an update on lung health for allergic patients.
  • Still Sneezing? Strategies for the advanced management of allergic nasal disease.
  • What does this low IgA mean? A guide for primary care on interpreting immunodeficiency screening results.
  • Dietary Dilemmas — Distinguishing food allergies from other conditions.

Designed for primary care providers, specialists, and allied health professionals, this symposium offers clinical pearls, evidence-based updates, and practical tools to enhance patient care.


Credits:

This Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by Queen’s University for up to 3.25 Mainpro+ credits. This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and is approved by the Office of Continuing Professional Development, Queen’s University. You may claim a maximum of 3.25 hours.
